Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We do not issue refunds HOWEVER we’ll gladly exchange unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of purchase. Footwear must include the original shoe box and duster bag in its original condition.
The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item(s) you return.
If you would like to make an exchange, please call our store at 760.452.6109 and we will put the new item on hold until your exchange has arrived in store. We will then process your exchange and send the new item or items back to you at no additional shipping charge.
ALL SALE merchandise is non refundable/exchangeable.
ALL sale items, discounted items (including items purchased with a discount/promo code), jewelry, panties, home & beauty products, and any other items marked as "Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
